Football Recap: Midway/Minto Takes a Loss

Midway/Minto was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were beaten by the Cavalier Tornadoes 56-16. The Mustangs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Tornadoes from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Midway/Minto's record is now 1-6. As for Cavalier, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Midway/Minto is set to face off against their familiar foe North Prairie co-op [Rolla/Rolette] on Friday. Meanwhile, Cavalier will challenge rival Larimore at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
