Volleyball Recap: Stover's Winning Streak Snapped at Six Games

It was a good run, but Stover unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Cole Camp Blue Birds by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Birds this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Stover sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 18-25, 25-8.

Stover's defeat dropped their record down to 20-8-3. As for Cole Camp, they pushed their record up to 22-2-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coming up, Stover will head out to square off against Skyline at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Cole Camp, they will host Smithton at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
