After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hillsdale, Crestview was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 15-3 margin over the Western Reserve Roughriders. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Cougars' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

Tyson Ringler made a splash no matter where he played. He struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits.
