Soccer Game Preview: James Irwin vs. Colorado Springs Christian

The James Irwin Jaguars will take on the Colorado Springs Christian Lions at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. James Irwin's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

It was a proper cat-fight when James Irwin took on Woodland Park on Tuesday. The Jaguars lost 6-1 to the Panthers. James Irwin were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Meanwhile, Colorado Springs Christian's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of The Vanguard School by a score of 2-1.

Colorado Springs Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4-1. As for James Irwin, their loss dropped their record down to 1-9-2.
