Basketball Game Preview: Parrish Community Bulls vs. Lakewood Ranch Mustangs + Official Tickets

The Parrish Community Bulls will face off against the Lakewood Ranch Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lakewood Ranch took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Parrish Community, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Parrish Community beat Braden River 54-44. The 54-point effort marked the Bulls' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Lakewood Ranch and Manatee meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Tuesday. The Mustangs lost to the Hurricanes at home by a 64-50 margin. The Mustangs have struggled against the Hurricanes recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Lakewood Ranch's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Parrish Community, they pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
