Volleyball Recap: Caydance Kremer Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Tournament Opponent

The Orland Trojans beat Tournament Opponent 2-0 on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trojans.

Orland's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Caydance Kremer, who had four digs and three aces. Kremer is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Addison Ovard, who had nine assists and four aces.

They weren't the only good server: Orland was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in eight consecutive contests.

Orland's victory bumped their record up to 13-2.

Orland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against McKinleyville on the 13th. As for Tournament Opponent, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Thornridge on the 13th.
