Volleyball Recap: Fredericktown Black Cats vs. Arcadia Valley Tigers
Fredericktown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Arcadia Valley Tigers. The Black Cats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September.
While Fredericktown was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-23.
Fredericktown's defeat dropped their record down to 14-14-3. As for Arcadia Valley, they now have a winning record of 15-14-2.
Fredericktown didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Ste. Genevieve on the 22nd. Arcadia Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
