Basketball Game Preview: Portsmouth Clippers vs. Keene Blackbirds

Portsmouth has gone 3-0 against Keene recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Portsmouth Clippers will welcome the Keene Blackbirds at 6:30 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Portsmouth is headed into Friday's game hungry for a win as their strong season has now been derailed by two straight losses. They took a 39-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of Nashua North on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Keene was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 54-50 heartbreaker at the hands of Goffstown.

Keene's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Portsmouth, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.
