Baseball Recap: Northridge Takes a Loss

Northridge lost against Bountiful back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Knights fell just short of the RedHawks by a score of 10-9. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Boston Wright was cooking despite his team's loss, going 4-for-6 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Isaac Anderson was another key player, scoring a run while getting on base in five of his six plate appearances.

Northridge's loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Bountiful, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-8 record this season.

While Northridge had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
