Soccer Game Preview: East View vs. Georgetown

The East View Patriots are taking a road trip to square off against the Georgetown Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Last Friday, East View and Weiss finished up their match with a 1-1 draw. The outcome might've been different if Aldo Treto hadn't been hit with a yellow card, which no doubt limited his ability to make aggressive plays down the stretch.

East View's goal came courtesy of Javier Torres, who's now up to two this season.

Meanwhile, Georgetown fell victim to Pflugerville Connally and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars.

Georgetown now has a losing record at 5-6-2. East View's draw gives them a new season record of 3-2-3.
