Baseball Recap: Lexington Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Lexington Christian Academy lost to Concord Academy back in April of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Lasers fell 11-6 to Concord Academy. The Lasers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lexington Christian Academy got a big performance out of James Bloch, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with four stolen bases and two runs. Eliot Abraham also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen bases of the season.

Lexington Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Concord Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lexington Christian Academy is set to square off against their familiar foe Berwick Academy at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Concord Academy will face off against rival Wheeler at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
