Marion won the last time they faced Tazewell and things went their way on Friday too. The Marion Scarlet Hurricanes enjoyed a cozy 76-59 win over the Tazewell Bulldogs.

Marion's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Tazewell, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Marion will square off against Northwood at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Tazewell, they will head out on the road to take on Twin Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Tazewell knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Twin Valley likes a good challenge.
