Basketball Recap: Crystal City Hornets vs. Fredericktown Black Cats
Crystal City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 69-25 loss at the hands of the Fredericktown Black Cats. The Hornets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-11.

Several Hornets players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Maya Hankins, who posted four points and 11 boards.
