Cristo Rey Atlanta had to suffer through a 66-33 loss at the hands of Dominion Christian. Cristo Rey Atlanta was down 45-25 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Meanwhile, Whitefield Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against Mount Paran Christian, falling 72-40. While losing is never fun, the WolfPack can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 166th, while the Eagles are ranked 20th).

Cristo Rey Atlanta will need focus on slowing down Hailey Houlder, one of several Whitefield Academy players who made an impact when they last played. She posted 11 points in addition to five boards and three steals. Houlder has been hot for a while, having posted three or more steals the last 18 times she's played. Emahni Chambliss was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Whitefield Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Cristo Rey Atlanta, their loss dropped their record down to 0-13.
