Lutheran strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Southfield Christian Eagles by a score of 6-3. Those six runs were actually the fewest the Warriors have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Bobby Haworth was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. Eli Brennan was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

Lutheran's victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. As for Southfield Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lutheran will face off against Cabrini at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Warriors are facing the Monarchs at the right time seeing as the Monarchs are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Southfield Christian, they will challenge Lutheran Northwest at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Crusaders will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
