Football Recap: Choctaw County Chargers vs. Noxubee County Tigers
After flying high against Aberdeen last Friday, Choctaw County came back down to earth. The Chargers were just a hair shy of victory on Friday and fell 8-7 to the Noxubee County Tigers. Despite 88 more yards than the Tigers, the Chargers couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.
When it comes to explaining why Choctaw County lost, don't look at Jeramiah Miller. Despite the final result, he rushed for 129 yards and one score on only 14 carries. Miller got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 67 yards.
