Basketball Recap: Dawson Takes a Loss

Dawson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 23rd straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Klondike Cougars and fell 80-19. The contest marked the Dragons' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Dawson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Klondike, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-4.

Dawson will head out to take on Borden County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Borden County has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. Klondike has already played their next match, a 58-46 win against Grady on the 17th.
