Basketball Recap: Rockford FIRE HomeSchool Takes a Loss

Rockford FIRE HomeSchool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They fell 49-37 to the Westlake Christian Academy Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 54-39 back in November of 2024.

Rockford FIRE HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Westlake Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 15-18.

Rockford FIRE HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Westlake Christian Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 44-43 win against SWCHA S on the 1st.
