Mount Pisgah Christian posted their closest win since September 18th on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Northview Titans 2-1. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Mount Pisgah Christian got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 22-25, 15-3.

Sophia Nasieku paced Mount Pisgah Christian's offense, picking up 14 kills. Nasieku got some help from Reghan Frazzetta and her 25 assists. Frazzetta also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Ellie Lottes, each putting up two.

Mount Pisgah Christian's win bumped their record up to 30-14. As for Northview, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-19 record this season.
