Football Recap: Mexico Comes Up Short

If Mexico was riding high fresh off their 55-12 takedown of Westmoreland last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers lost to the Jamesville-DeWitt Red Rams at home by a 22-7 margin on Friday. The game marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Mexico's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Jamesville-DeWitt, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-0.

Coming up, Mexico will head out to face off against Altmar-Parish-Williamstown at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Jamesville-DeWitt, they will be playing at home against Phoenix on Thursday.
