Volleyball Game Preview: Randolph Blue Devils vs. Brockton Boxers

The Randolph Blue Devils are taking a road trip to take on the Brockton Boxers at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Two weeks ago, Randolph didn't have quite enough to beat Norton and fell 3-2. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Brockton faced New Bedford in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Boxers fell 3-1 to the Whalers. The Boxers' loss signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

Brockton suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 8-2. As for Randolph, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Randolph suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Brockton in their previous meeting on April 3rd. Can the Blue Devils avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
