Baseball Game Preview: Serrano Diamondbacks vs. Oak Hills Bulldogs

Serrano is 2-8 against Oak Hills since March of 2022 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Diamondbacks will take on the Bulldogs at 3:15 p.m.

Serrano is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Thursday. They lost 7-1 to Sultana.

Meanwhile, it may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Oak Hills ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They put the hurt on Burroughs with a sharp 13-6 win. With that victory, the Bulldogs brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

Keith Williams was incredible, going 3-for-6 with three runs, four RBI, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was James Juarez, who got on base in four of his six plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.

Serrano's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Oak Hills, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-6.

Serrano might still be hurting after the 13-0 defeat they got from Oak Hills in their previous meeting back in March. Can the Diamondbacks avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
