Volleyball Recap: Towanda Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Towanda can now relate to. They came up short against the Troy Trojans on Saturday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-2 defeat back in September.

Despite the loss, Towanda still got an impressive performance from Karis Flynn, who had 11 digs, six kills, and one block.

Towanda now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Troy, the win (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 25-2-1.

Towanda does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Troy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against North Penn-Liberty on the 28th.
