Baseball Recap: LaSalle Comes Up Short

After flying high against Northwood last Thursday, LaSalle came back down to earth. The LaSalle Tigers came up short against the Harrisonburg Bulldogs on Friday, falling 18-12. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 17-9.

LaSalle now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Harrisonburg, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. We've got a battle between Tigers coming up. As for Harrisonburg, they will be playing at home against Dodson at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Harrisonburg's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
