Volleyball Recap: Contra Costa Christian Triumphs

The Contra Costa Christian Cougars beat the Summit Tamalpais Timberwolves 3-1 on Wednesday.

The win didn't come easy: Summit Tamalpais scored at least 20 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-20, 16-25, 27-25, 25-21.

Contra Costa Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Summit Tamalpais, the loss snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 5-2 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Contra Costa Christian will face off against Making Waves Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Summit Tamalpais, they will square off against Cristo Rey De La Salle at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
