Volleyball Recap: Parkwood Comes Up Short

The Parkwood Wolf Pack lost 3-0 to the Piedmont Panthers on Tuesday.

Parkwood was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-12, 25-23.

Parkwood's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Piedmont, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Looking ahead, Parkwood will venture away from home to challenge Union Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Piedmont, they have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Arborbrook Christian Academy on the 26th.
