Volleyball Recap: Upson-Lee Knights vs. Baldwin Braves
Upson-Lee lost against Baldwin last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Upson-Lee Knights took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Baldwin Braves.
While Upson-Lee had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-20.
Despite the defeat, Upson-Lee saw an underclassman step up: Allie Richmond had 11 digs.
Upson-Lee's loss dropped their record down to 18-17. As for Baldwin, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.
