Volleyball Game Preview: Foothill Knights vs. Flintridge Prep Wolves + Official Tickets

The Foothill Knights will challenge the Flintridge Prep Wolves at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

Foothill is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Corona del Mar 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Knights sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Meanwhile, Flintridge Prep posted their closest win since September 27th on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out Saint Joseph 3-2.

Foothill better keep an eye on Ally Perez. She was instrumental in Flintridge Prep's win, getting 19 digs. Perez has been hot, having posted 13 or more digs the last five times she's played.

Flintridge Prep was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their ace total in three consecutive matches.

Foothill's victory bumped their record up to 26-10. As for Flintridge Prep, their win bumped their record up to 25-3.
