Basketball Recap: Andrez Bell's Big Game Can't Quite Lead University Charter over Aliceville

If University Charter was feeling good fresh off their 74-44 takedown of Linden last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The University Charter Trail Blazers came up short against the Aliceville Yellowjackets on Monday, falling 55-33. The Trail Blazers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Yellowjackets earlier this season, when they won 70-65.

University Charter's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Andrez Bell, who went 7 for 15 on his way to 15 points and eight boards. Another player making a difference was Matthew Buck, who posted three points.
