North Duplin got themselves on the board against Hobbton on Tuesday, but Hobbton never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Wildcats. Considering the Rebels have won eight contests by more than 14 runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Addison Higginbotham, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one triple, and one RBI. Abigail Brown (Norris) was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple and one run.

North Duplin was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .474. They are a perfect 10-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

North Duplin's record is now 11-3. As for Hobbton, their loss dropped their record down to 6-14.

North Duplin didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-2 win against Rosewood on the 1st. Hobbton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
