It was a good run, but Lathrop unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a hard 41-26 fall against the Savannah Savages. The match marked the Mules' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lathrop's defeat dropped their record down to 17-3. As for Savannah, the win (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 14-3.
