Basketball Recap: Saturday's Win Is Peoria Notre Dame's Fourth in Last Five Outings

On Saturday, the Peoria Notre Dame Irish were able to grind out a solid win over the Monmouth-Roseville Titans, taking the game 50-39.

Peoria Notre Dame has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-15 record this season. As for Monmouth-Roseville, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-14.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Peoria Notre Dame will take on Bloomington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Monmouth-Roseville, they will head out to face off against Kewanee at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
