Preview: Centennial vs. Mt. Hebron
Mt. Hebron are packing up and heading on the road for their first away game this season. They face off against Centennial on Friday at 7:00 PM. Both teams have had a rocky road up to this point with four consecutive losses apiece.
Mt. Hebron's and Atholton's contest last Friday was up for grabs at halftime, but Mt. Hebron were thoroughly outmatched in the second half. Mt. Hebron suffered a grim 13-43 defeat to Atholton. Mt. Hebron were down by 7-30 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Centennial lost to Long Reach, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-60.
Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
