Volleyball Recap: South Fort Myers Takes a Loss

South Fort Myers was the 3-0 winner over Mariner when they last played one another back in October of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolfpack lost 3-0 to the Tritons on Wednesday.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-10, 25-18.

South Fort Myers dropped their record down to 0-2 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Mariner, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

South Fort Myers wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Immokalee on the 21st. As for Mariner, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Cape Coral at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Tritons' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
