Soccer Recap: North Iredell Takes a Loss

North Iredell fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Foard on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 3-1 to the Tigers. North Iredell were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Foard earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

North Iredell dropped their record down to 7-9-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Foard, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-8 record this season.
