Saint Andrew waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They blew past the Benjamin Buccaneers 78-42. The Scots have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 21 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Saint Andrew's to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brendan Gerard, who went 6 of 9 en route to 14 points along with eight steals and seven assists. The dominant performance gave Gerard a new career-high in steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Xander Gerard, who went 7 for 10 on his way to 19 points and five rebounds.

Benjamin's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Logan Buchanan, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 12 rebounds. Tristan Cameron was another key player, putting up seven points and five rebounds.

Saint Andrew's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 81.3 points per game. As for Benjamin, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.

Saint Andrew's wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 75-28 victory against Somerset Prep on the 9th. As for Benjamin, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 65-59 win against Coral Springs Charter on the 10th.
