Basketball Recap: Rylee Dick Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Sabetha

On Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, the Rossville Bulldogs beat the Sabetha Bluejays 44-39.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rossville to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rylee Dick, who posted 16 points. The contest was Dick's eighth in a row with at least 16 points. Another player making a difference was Shyanne Haehn, who scored 13 points and five steals.

Rossville's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Sabetha, their loss dropped their record down to 2-13.

Coming up, Rossville will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Royal Valley at 6:00 p.m. Rossville is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.7 points per game this season. As for Sabetha, they will face off against Jefferson West at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Someone's luck will take a turn for the better: Jefferson West has lost three straight at home , while Sabetha has lost 17 on the road (dating back to last season).
