Cathedral City waltzed into their game on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They beat the Indio Rajahs by a goal, winning 3-2. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in January.

They hit Indio with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Miguel Villagrana, Josue Figueroa Uribe, and Cesar Murillo.

Cathedral City's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Indio, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6-1.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Desert Mirage the next time they take the pitch. Indio will head out to face Desert Mirage at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, while Cathedral City will host them at 5:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
