Basketball Recap: West Forsyth's Run of Three Straight Wins Now Over

After flying high against Forsyth Central last Friday, West Forsyth came back down to earth. The West Forsyth Wolverines fell to the North Forsyth Raiders 68-64. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolverines this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 54-43 back in December of 2024.

With the loss, West Forsyth broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-12. As for North Forsyth, their victory bumped their record up to 10-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Forsyth will venture away from home to face off against Alpharetta at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Forsyth knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Alpharetta likes a good challenge. As for North Forsyth, they and South Forsyth will meet in a classic North v. South matchup at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
