Football Recap: Canyon Hills Rattlers vs. Coronado Islanders
A victory for Canyon Hills just wasn't in the cards on Friday as the squad wasn't able to take the lead at any point. They lost 28-6 to the Coronado Islanders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rattlers of the 21-14 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.
Rodolfo Sanchez had an outrageously good game for Coronado as he threw for 125 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in two touchdowns on the ground.

Hoover knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Coronado likes a good challenge.
