It was a good run, but Central unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Monday. They and the Port Allen Pelicans finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. The result kept the Wildcats happy, as they haven't lost a game since November 13th.

Grady Hoffman was the only thing that stood between Central and a shutout considering he scored both of Central's goals, bringing his season total up to 12 goals.

Central's draw makes their record 7-1-1 this season. Meanwhile, Port Allen's record is now 3-3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central will venture away from home to challenge Franklinton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Port Allen and Cecilia will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
