Volleyball Game Preview: Bountiful Redhawks vs. Olympus Titans

The Bountiful Redhawks will take on the Olympus Titans at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Olympus took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Bountiful, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Bountiful beat Viewmont 3-1.

Bountiful had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-17, 25-14, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Olympus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Skyline, falling 3-0.

Olympus now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Bountiful, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season.

Bountiful beat Olympus 3-1 when the teams last played back in September. Will the Redhawks repeat their success, or do the Titans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
