Soccer Recap: Arcadia Victorious

Arcadia fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They came out on top against the Paradise Honors Panthers by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday. The Titans found success even though the refs didn't miss a thing: Christian Cotto and Gabriel Romero Silva were both handed yellow cards.

Arcadia hit Paradise Honors with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Romero Silva, Alex Lara, and Octavio Lopez Perez.

Arcadia's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Paradise Honors, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Arcadia will venture away from home to square off against Desert Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Paradise Honors, they are taking a road trip to take on Dysart at 6:00 p.m. on January 15th. Paradise Honors is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.2 goals per game this season.
