Volleyball Recap: Elk Mound Finds Playoff Glory Versus Arcadia

It's playoff time, and Elk Mound had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Arcadia Raiders 3-0 on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Mounders sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Elk Mound was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-12, 25-21.

Elk Mound now has a winning record of 18-17. As for Arcadia, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-18 record this season.

Elk Mound wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Grantsburg on the 25th. Arcadia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
