Soccer Recap: Little Village Comes Up Short

Little Village lost against Hancock back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Phoenix came up short against the Eagles, falling 4-1.

Little Village's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-7-4. As for Hancock, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-11.

Looking ahead, Little Village will venture away from home to square off against Chicago Washington at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hancock, they will face off against Back of the Yards College Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hancock will be up against Back of the Yards College Prep's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.62 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
