The Legacy put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 5-1 victory on Tuesday. The matchup was close at halftime, but Hernando Legacy HomeSchool turned on the heat in the second half with three goals.

They hit Elfers Christian with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Isaac Johnston (2), Gabe Serrano, Demetri Major, and Abraham Oliva.

The win got Hernando Legacy HomeSchool back to even at 2-2. As for Elfers Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 1-2.

Coincidentally, Hernando Legacy HomeSchool and Elfers Christian will both be playing Inverness Christian Academy the next time they take the pitch. The Eagles will host Inverness Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Legacy will host them at 5:30 p.m. on the 11th.
