Basketball Game Preview: Dallas HSAA Angels vs. Tyler HEAT

Dallas HSAA's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Adeline 'Addy' Seal, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 13 boards, and Jessi Yarbrough, who went 8 of 12 to rack up 22 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals. That's the most points Yarbrough has posted since back in November of 2024.

Tyler HEAT has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 28-22 heartbreaker at the hands of Fort Worth THESA. The contest marked Tyler HEAT's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Dallas HSAA's win bumped their record up to 28-5. As for Tyler HEAT, their loss dropped their record down to 30-12.

Dallas HSAA took their victory against Tyler HEAT in their previous matchup back in February of 2019 by a conclusive 48-26. Does Dallas HSAA have another victory up their sleeve, or will Tyler HEAT turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
