Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Central). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the McKay Royal Scots a 23-0 shutout on Wednesday. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their ninth in a row.

Central's win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for McKay, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Coming up, Central will venture away from home to challenge South Salem at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. McKay will be paying especially close attention to the Panthers' matchup: after the Panthers face off against the Saxons, they'll take on McKay again at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
