Baseball Recap: Fort Dodge Now 9-3 over Last 12 Games

This was a revenge game for the Dodgers: when they faced off against the Little Cyclones on Monday, they had to take a 4-3 defeat.

Fort Dodge has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-11 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.9 runs on average over those games. As for Ames, their loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 23-11.
