Basketball Recap: Jackson Center Wins Going Away Against Fairlawn

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Minster, Jackson Center was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Fairlawn Jets with a sharp 46-26 victory. That looming 46-26 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Tigers yet this season.

Jackson Center's win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Fairlawn, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-19 record this season.

Jackson Center will square off against Indian Lake at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The timing is sure in Indian Lake's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Jackson Center has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road. As for Fairlawn, they will take on West Liberty-Salem in a tournament on February 15th.
